The Challenge

Victaulic tasked us with designing and delivering an exhibition stand for Infra Saudi 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As an international exhibition focused on infrastructure development, the stand needed to showcase Victaulic's pipe joining and flow control solutions while creating opportunities for product engagement and conversation with industry professionals.

The solution

We designed a custom 6m x 6m exhibition stand that combined product displays, digital content, and meeting spaces within a clean, open layout. The stand featured multiple product demonstration areas, a central LED display wall, a reception space, lounge seating, and a hospitality counter, creating an environment that balanced technical education with relationship-building.

A suspended branded banner increased visibility across the exhibition hall, while the product-focused layout allowed visitors to engage directly with Victaulic's solutions and better understand their application within large-scale infrastructure projects. The result was a professional exhibition environment that reinforced Victaulic's position as a trusted partner within the infrastructure sector.
